The problem with higher education is deeper than the withdrawal of support under
neoliberal regimes, it is the role education plays in maintaining the ideology of meritocracy.
When I discuss open relationships with people, after initial uneasiness, I usually hear some variation of “I don’t have any problem with open relationships as a concept. It just isn’t for me.”
I want to show why that is wrong. Open relationships are for everybody.
Because we want students to understand the role of technology in the world, as our pedagogy becomes more intermingled with technology, we display a lack of the same skills we are seeking to instill.
